gpu: nvgpu: remove nvgpu_next_gpuid.h

Browse Source 
Replace all usages of NVGPU_NEXT_GPUID and NVGPU_NEXT_DGPU_GPUID
with NVGPU_GPUID_GA10B and NVGPU_GPUID_GA100.

Remove nvgpu_next_gpuid.h and update yaml.
