gpu: nvgpu: modify NVGPU_SUPPORT_COMPRESSION bit

Update NVGPU_SUPPORT_COMPRESSION bit position within GPU characteristics
to keep NVGPU_SUPPORT_COMPRESSION flag same as QNX flag.
