40397ac0c4 gpu: nvgpu: update CBC init sequence
At present, for each resume cycle the driver sends the
"nvgpu_cbc_op_clear" command to L2 cache controller, this causes the
contents of the compression bit backing store to be cleared, and results
in corrupting the metadata for all the compressible surfaces already allocated.
Fix this by updating cbc.init function to be aware of resume state and
not clear the compression bit backing store, instead issue
"nvgpu_cbc_op_invalide" command, this should leave the backing store in a
consistent state across suspend/resume cycles.

The updated cbc.init HAL for gv11b is reusable acrosss multiple chips, hence
remove unnecessary chip specific cbc.init HALs.

f4ec400d5f gpu: nvgpu: simplify nvgpu_timeout_init
nvgpu_timeout_init() returns an error code only when the flags parameter
is invalid. There are very few possible values for flags, so extract the
two most common cases - cpu clock based and a retry based timeout - to
functions that cannot fail and thus return nothing. Adjust all callers
to use those, simplfying error handling quite a bit.

bbb63c0a8c gpu: nvgpu: remove "trace/events/gk20a.h" from QNX build
- "include/trace/events/gk20a.h" file was having GPL2 license
(which should not used for QNX code). This file was used for
compiling linux userspace driver("libnvgpu-drv.so") and was used for
unit testing on QNX.
- This patch removes stubs in "include/trace/events/gk20a.h" file.
(which were used for linux userspace driver.)
- For QNX driver, "nvgpu_rmos/trace/events/gk20a.h" was used.
This patch moves that file to "include/nvgpu/posix/trace_gk20a.h" and
does relevant license change. This same file will be used for linux
userspace driver.
- This patch also creates a new file "include/nvgpu/trace.h" which
selects proper trace file depending on the config.

ae44d384f3 gpu: nvgpu: MISRA 4.5 fixes to round_up()
MISRA Advisory Directive 4.5 states that identifiers in the same
name space with overlapping visibility should be typographically
unambiguous.

The presence of both the roundup(x,y) and round_up(x,y) macros in
the posix utils.h header incurs a violation of this rule.

These macros were added to keep in sync with the linux kernel variants.

However, there is a key distinction between how these two macros
work in the linux kernel; roundup(x,y) can handle any y alignment while
round_up(x,y) is intended to work only when y is a power-of-two.

Passing a non-power-of-two alignment to round_up(x,y) results in an
incorrect value being returned (silently).

Because all current uses of roundup(x,y) and round_up(x,y) in
nvgpu specify a y value that is a power-of-two and the underlying
posix macro implementations assume as much, it is best to remove
roundup(x,y) from nvgpu altogether to avoid any confusion.

So this change converts all uses of roundup(x,y) to round_up(x,y).

3c7cf8b75a gpu: nvgpu: fix MISRA 10.5 issue in timeout code
This change switches nvgpu_timeout_peek_expired() to return a bool
instead of an int to remove advisory rule MISRA 10.5 violations.

MISRA 10.5 states that the value of an expression should not be
cast to an inappropriate essential type.

60073d2156 gpu: nvgpu: move ltc related data to nvgpu_ltc
Moved following ltc related data to struct nvgpu_ltc
and has a reference to it from struct gk20a:
  struct nvgpu_spinlock ltc_enabled_lock;
  u32 max_ltc_count;
  u32 ltc_count;
  u32 slices_per_ltc;
  u32 cacheline_size;

Added function remove_support for ltc and it is called
during nvgpu remove sequence.

Added following helper functions in ltc.h:
u32 nvgpu_ltc_get_ltc_count(struct gk20a *g);
u32 nvgpu_ltc_get_slices_per_ltc(struct gk20a *g);
u32 nvgpu_ltc_get_cacheline_size(struct gk20a *g);

Removed redudnant ltc.init_fs_state call from vgpu init
sequence since it is getting called from nvgpu_init_ltc_support.

a2bc7d5923 gpu: nvgpu: cbc: move cbc related code from gr
Moved cbc related code and data from gr to cbc unit.

Ltc and cbc related data is moved from gr header:
1. Ltc related data moved from gr_gk20a -> gk20a and it
will be moved eventually to ltc unit:
u32 slices_per_ltc;
u32 cacheline_size;

2. cbc data moved from gr_gk20a -> nvgpu_cbc
u32 compbit_backing_size;
u32 comptags_per_cacheline;
u32 gobs_per_comptagline_per_slice;
u32 max_comptag_lines;
struct gk20a_comptag_allocator comp_tags;
struct compbit_store_desc compbit_store;

3. Following config data moved gr_gk20a -> gk20a
u32 comptag_mem_deduct;
u32 max_comptag_mem;
These are part of initial config which should be available
during nvgpu_probe. So it can't be moved to nvgpu_cbc.

Modified code to use above updated data structures.

Removed cbc init sequence from gr and added in
common cbc unit. This sequence is getting called
from common nvgpu init code.

Create Compression Bit Cache(CBC) unit to have comptags
cache related functionality in one place. In this patch

Moved following gpu ops from ltc to cbc and renamed accordingly:

  u64 (*get_base_divisor)(struct gk20a *g);
  int (*alloc_comptags)(struct gk20a *g, struct gr_gk20a *gr);
  int (*ctrl)(struct gk20a *g, enum gk20a_cbc_op op,
		u32 min, u32 max);
  u32 (*fix_config)(struct gk20a *g, int base);

To avoid ambiguity renamed function pointer from
init_comptags to alloc_comptags.

Moved following function from ltc.h to cbc.h:
nvgpu_ltc_alloc_cbc -> nvgpu_cbc_alloc

Also changed file name that implemented
nvgpu_cbc_alloc functionality from
os/ltc.c -> os/linux-cbc.c
