This patch constructs the initial setup for sync unit.
There are three simple tests currently. The first test inits the
environment necessary such as regspace init, hal init. The second
step simply fails the creation of the sync and the last test is meant
as a deinit step.

Add tests to cover common.gr.setup subunit. This includes
g->ops.gr.setup.alloc_obj_ctx
g->ops.gr.setup.set_preemption_mode
g->ops.gr.setup.free_gr_ctx and
g->ops.gr.setup.free_subctx.
Update register space to include the registers used by
context creation.
Update SWUT files for doxygen.

Note: gv11b_tsg_enable was already tested as part of TSG common.
Added SWUTS documentation for above tests.
Modified gv11b_tsg_init_eng_method_buffers to inline computation
of method buffer size, as existing static function could never
return 0, making one branch not testable.
Added dummy IO register spaces for PFB, CE, PBUS and HSUB_COMMON,
so that g->ops.mm.init_mm_support can be called as part of
test_fifo_init_support. MM support is needed to test allocation
and mapping of DMA buffers.

This patch adds unit testing for the mm.as unit including:
- feature tests
- error injection testing
- 100% line coverage and 96% branches (one missing branch that
cannot be tested or removed)

When the non-FUSA HALs were removed, the entire fuse unit test was
removed. However, some of the fuse HALs are used in the FUSA build, so
re-enable the FUSA tests, as appropriate.

Move gr_init_prepare to separate gr unit test
Use of global register spaces between two different
gr unit tests corrupt the memory in multi thread support.
Add support for local register spaces with pre initialized
register values for each gr unit test.

Add nvgpu_utf_falcon_set_dmactl() function in falcon UTF
to set the falcon dmactl register with desired value
required for pmu reset test
Also, update the register size for falcon from 0x300 to 0x400
for including pmu reset register.

channel and tsg units used to build object files from
upper fifo directory. But this was causing build
dependencies issues and stale .o files could be used.
Fixed this by building a shared library for nvgpu-fifo
for host makefiles.

Added pre-populated register spaces for gv11b:
- NV_PFIFO 0x00003FFF:0x00002000
- NV_PTOP 0x000227FF:0x00022400
Registers values were captured on DDPX with reg_dump,
after disabling railgating and ELPG.
This allows running nvgpu_fifo_init_support, using
gv11b HALs.
Added the following tests:
- test_fifo_init_support
- test_tsg_open
- test_tsg_release
- test_fifo_remove_support

There are many miscellaneous HALs for various MM related functionality.
This patch aims to migrate all the remaining MM code from the <chip>/
mm_<chip>.[ch] files in HAL files under hal/.
Much of this is fairly straightforward copy/paste and updates to the
HAL init files.
The exception to that is the move of the left over gv11b MMU fault
handling code in mm_gv11b.c. Having both a hal/mm/mm/mm_gv11b.c and
a gv11b/mm_gv11b.c file causes tmake to choke so the gv11b/mm_gv11b.c
file was moved to gv11b/mmu_fault_gv11b.c. This will be cleaned up in
a subsequent patch.
