Move code that touches host registers and instance block to fifo HAL.
This involves adding HAL ops for the fifo HAL functions that get
called from outside fifo. This clears responsibility of channel by
leaving it only managing channels in software and push buffers.
channel had member ramfc defined, but it was not used, to remove it.
pbdma_acquire_val consisted both of channel logic and hardware
programming. The channel logic was moved to the caller and only
hardware programming was moved.

Move the name field from struct gpu_ops up to struct gk20a. The field
is not a function op, so it doesn't belong in gpu_ops.
Replace all uses of dev_name() with use of g->name when possible.

There were still a few remaining loops where we did not use
nvgpu_timeout and required Tegra specific functions for detecting if
timeout should be skipped. Replace all of them with nvgpu_timeout and
remove including chip-id.h where possible.
FE power mode timeout loop also used wrong delay value. It always
waited for the whole max timeout instead of looping with smaller
increments.
If SEC2 ACR boot fails to halt, we should not try to check ACR result
from mailbox. Add an early return for that case.

Clean up gk20a.c by removing direct accesses to MC and moving the
accesses to happen via MC HAL.
The chip detection logic has to violate the HAL and call gk20a
version directly, because HAL ops cannot be set up before chip has
been identified.

Init device_fatal, channel_fatal and restartable fifo intr pbdma s/w
variables for pbdma_intr_0 interrupt masks for each GPU version separately
pbdma_intr_0 field differences for each GPU version:-
-gk20a : bit 28 does not exists in hw
-gm20b : bit 8(lbreq), 20(xbarconnect) and 28 do not exist in hw
-gp10b : bit 8(lbreq), 20(xbarconnect) do not exist in hw. bit 28,
(syncpoint_illegal) added in hw but is not being handled.

Move clock APIs from gk20a_platform to gpu_ops. At the same time
allow use of internal get_rate/set_rate for querying both GPCCLK
and PWRCLK on iGPU.
At the same time we can replace calls to clk framework with the
new HAL and drop direct dependency to clk framework.
gp10b ops were replaced as a whole at HAL initialization. That
replaces anything set in platform probe stage, so reduce that to
touch only clock gating regs.

Read fuse values from GPU's own fuse registers instead of Tegra fuse
registers whenever possible. This reduces the number of dependencies
to Linux fuse code.
Some fuses do not have a corresponding register in GPU, so they're
left as is.

trace_printk() does an extra stringify operation before calling
do_trace_printk(). The string ends up unused. This has an impact
to kernel even if we never end up using trace_printk().
Disable use of trace_printk() and introduce a Kconfig option for
re-enabling it.

Remove nvgpu_gpuid_t18x.h since this file is now visible. Migrate
the relevant definitions and defines into their expected places and
make the code use the real defines. No longer is hiding t18x specific

Remove restriction of setting compute preemption mode for channels
created with PASCAL_COMPUTE_A class only and allow it to be set

Instead of using Linux APIs for mutex and spinlocks
directly, use new APIs defined in <nvgpu/lock.h>
Replace Linux specific mutex/spinlock declaration,
init, lock, unlock APIs with new APIs
e.g
struct mutex is replaced by struct nvgpu_mutex and
mutex_lock() is replaced by nvgpu_mutex_acquire()
And also include <nvgpu/lock.h> instead of including
<linux/mutex.h> and <linux/spinlock.h>
Add explicit nvgpu/lock.h includes to below
files to fix complilation failures.

This ioctl can be used on gp10b to set a flag in the context header
indicating this context should be run at elevated clock
frequency. FECS ctxsw ucode will read this flag as part of the context
switch and will request higher GPU clock frequencies from BPMP for the
duration of the context execution.

Move semaphore_gk20a.c drivers/gpu/nvgpu/common/ since the semaphore
code is common to all chips.
Move the semaphore_gk20a.h header file to drivers/gpu/nvgpu/include/nvgpu
and rename it to semaphore.h. Also update all places where the header
is inluced to use the new path.
This revealed an odd location for the enum gk20a_mem_rw_flag. This should
be in the mm headers. As a result many places that did not need anything
semaphore related had to include the semaphore header file. Fixing this
oddity allowed the semaphore include to be removed from many C files that
did not need it.

The driver file gp10b/platform_gp10b_tegra.c is compiled for
T186 SOCs and hence use the T186 power domain macros directly
instead of legacy TEGRA_POWERGATE_* macros.
This helps in kernel unification to not define the TEGRA_POWERGATE_*

Remove including gk20a.h from pmu_gk20a.h. This causes a fallout
as some #includes were missing.
gr_gp10b.h uses mem_desc, but did not include mm_gk20a.h. Add the
include.
Including mm_gk20a.h in gr_gp10b.h causes recursive include, as
mm_gk20a.h has some gr defines. Move the defines to gr_gk20a.h to
remove the dependency.
gr_ctx_gk20a.h used struct gk20a pointers, but did not forward
declare it. Add a forward declaration.
gr_gk20a.h uses dbg_session_gk20a, but was missing forward
declaration.
gr_gk20a.h did not include nvgpu.h but it uses preemption types from
that header. Add include.

Use the timers API in the gk20a code instead of Linux specific
API calls.
This also changes the behavior of several functions to wait for
the full timeout for each operation that can timeout. Previously
the timeout was shared across each operation.

Remove EMC floor when GPU frequency is Fmin. At Fmin,
we most likely require a very low memory bandwidth.
At Fmin on load, actmon should sufficiently scale EMC
and hence not bottlenecking GPU.

In gp10b_round_clk_rate(), we currently call
clk_round_rate() to round the clock rate for us
But since the frequency table is prepared
using the frequency values supported in h/w,
we can round the rate locally using the table

We right now get min and max frequencies, and then
interpolate rest of the frequencies.
With this approach, we do not select exact
frequencies as supported by h/w
Fix this so that we query all supported frequencies
using clk_round_rate() and then select every N'th
frequency to keep number of frequencies under limit
Use GP10B_FREQ_SELECT_STEP (currently set to 8)
to configure frequency selection step
Raise GP10B_MAX_SUPPORTED_FREQS to 200 since h/w
supported frequencies could be in that range
