Reduced code complexity in following functions:
nvgpu_gr_ctx_map_global_ctx_buffers 15 -> 8 and
nvgpu_gr_ctx_alloc_ctxsw_buffers 12 -> 8

Added following helper functions to reduce code
complexity in above function:
nvgpu_gr_ctx_map_ctx_circular_buffer: code complexity 4
nvgpu_gr_ctx_map_ctx_attribute_buffer: code complexity 4
nvgpu_gr_ctx_map_ctx_pagepool_buffer: code complexity 4
nvgpu_gr_ctx_map_ctx_buffer: code complexity 3
nvgpu_gr_ctx_alloc_preemption_buffers: code complexity 6
