ACR ucode is encrypted using different keys for prod/dbg boards. This change adds a check to select ACR ucode based on board type. Note: This support is added only for t19x. This patch also enables the prints "DEBUG MODE" indicative of board/ acr_ucode signature type and sctl and cpuctl reg values.
