Sami Kiminki 31a4701931 gpu: nvgpu: UAPI specification for TSG sharing ...

Add below ioctls for TSG share token management:
1. NVGPU_TSG_IOCTL_GET_SHARE_TOKEN
2. NVGPU_TSG_IOCTL_REVOKE_SHARE_TOKEN

Update the ioctl NVGPU_GPU_IOCTL_OPEN_TSG to consider
the creation of TSG with share token.
