Add support for the upstream host1x driver with the 'Host1x/Tegra UAPI' series [0] applied. The host1x support is only enabled if the kernel configuration variable CONFIG_TEGRA_HOST1X_NEXT is set. Please note that the initial implementation only supports Tegra194.
