Terje Bergstrom d661cfdc71 gpu: nvgpu: Clear clk, pmu_perf, therm ptrs on deinit ...

When deinitializing clk, pmu_perf and therm we free the related
structure. Clear the pointer pointing to that structure to
prevent use-after-free.
