Scott Long b86fcdee31 gpu: nvgpu: fix MISRA Rule 10.1 issues in gr reset code ...

Fix MISRA rule 10.1 violations involving need_reset var
in gk20a_gr_isr().

Changed type to bool and set it to true any time one of
the pending condition checks returns non-zero.
