Sumit Singh 77a816e7bf Merge branch 'power-domain-t186' into 'kernel-3.18' ...

Add device-tree support for tegra power-domains and power-gating
for t186, then perform the related cleanup.
Also enable TEGRA_MC_DOMIANS, PM_GENERIC_DOMAINS_OF and
TEGRA_POWERGATE for t186.
