Alex Waterman 8f2d4a3f4a gpu: nvgpu: Move DMA API to dma.h ...

Make an nvgpu DMA API include file so that the intricacies of the
Linux DMA API can be hidden from the calling code.

Also document the nvgpu DMA API.
