Aniruddha Banerjee 947b37bcf0 Revert "nvgpu: Remove ASYNC PROBE for vgpu" ...

This reverts commit dbdf57fb3c.

The aync-probe was causing an issue because the arm-gic set_type
did not have the proper locking constructs to prevent races in
gic distributor.
