Srinivas Ramachandran d670edec45 nvethernetrm: Set DO bit in MCR for HD mode

Issue: As per databook, the DO bit needs to be
       set in HD mode to prevent reception of
       packets sent by DUT itself.
Fix:   Set the DO bit in MCR register for HD mode
