tegar234: overlay: tegra234-p3740-0002: Remove duplicate regulator

Browse Source 
Following regulators are synced from mainline 6.5.rc-3 into the
base DTSI file.
  - regulator-vdd-3v3-dp
  - regulator-vdd-3v3-sys
  - regulator-vdd-wifi-3v3

Removing the same regulator from the overlay files.
