ba1e77ae66 t23x: overlay: support p3701-0000-as-p3767-0004 
Add tegra234-p3737-0000+p3701-0000-as-p3767-0004.dtbo which can be
applied on p3701-0000 and p3701-0005 to emulate p3767-0004.
