Laxman Dewangan 28f66f6528 concord: base: multiple configuration change as per mainline v6.3-rc5 
Changes are:
- Remove enable-active-low property from fixed regulator.
- set mmc bus width to 4.
- Set assigned clocks for pwm
- Set cooling trip point for pwm fan.
