common: overlay: Rename fe-pi ovelay

Browse Source 
- Renamed overlay as FE-PI Audio V1 and Z V2 as the same overlay
  is applicable to both versions (V1 and Z V2) of the board

- Renamed overlay file as it common across V1 and Z V2
