Laxman Dewangan 3d64e97531 prod: rename config TEGRA_PROD_ENABLE to TEGRA_PROD_LEGACY ...

To support the new method of the prod implementation,
rename the older config TEGRA_PROD_ENABLE to
TEGRA_PROD_LEGACY for differentating with new implementation.
