07760eb9a1 gpu: nvgpu: Remove clk.h dependency from gk20a.h
gk20a.h depends on definition of struct clk_pmupstate. Change that
to a pointer and use forward declaration, and allocation and free
functions.

Fix a few build breaks by adding explicit includes where previously
a header file had gotten included implicitly.

359a8b82d9 gpu: nvgpu: nvgpu_memcpy changes to clk code
MISRA Rule 21.15 prohibits use of memcpy() with incompatible ptrs
to qualified/unqualified types.

To circumvent this issue we've introduced a new MISRA-compliant
nvgpu_memcpy() function.

This change switches non-offending memcpy usage in clk code
over to to use nvgpu_memcpy() with appropriate casts applied
to maintain consistency within nvgpu.

1. Add VBIOS PS3.5 Clk programming table parsing code.
2. Update pmuifclk.h to match R400 pmu ucode pmuifclk.h
3. New clk_prog boardobj types have been added to support
PS3.5 and to match the pmu ucode side changes
4. Add PS3.5 related construct and pmudatainit fops
5. PS3.5 clk programming table has secondary VF curve entries.
Though these entries are currently marked as invalid for
all SKUs, we need to add them to match struct sizes on PMU.
6. The pmuifclk.h nvgpu<->pmu interface changes needed for
Turing(PS3.5) are NOT compatible with GV100 branched ucode.
The secondary VF curve entries added for PS3.5 increase the
   entrysize breaking compatibility with GV100.
7. This change is therefore dependant on GV100 PMU ucode changes
which increase the entrysize on GV100 pmu side.

Restrict access to devfreq when there are active set requests in the

1) Add a global counter in the struct gk20a named clk_arb_global_nr which
is used to track the number of active set requests in the system.

2) Anytime a set request is successfully made by the userspace,
clk_arb_global_nr is incremented by 1 and during the completion of
request(releasing the corresponding file handle), clk_arb_global_nr is
decremented by 1.

3) gk20a_scale_target(invoked by devfreq to set the new frequency based
on load) atomically checks clk_arb_global_nr. If the value = 0, the
code simply continue or else if its > 0, it quits thus making devfreq
requests mutually exclusive with the clk_arbiter.

519948a9c6 gpu: nvgpu: add igpu support for clk_arbiter.
This patch constructs clk_arbiter specific code for gp10b as well as
gv11b and does the necessary plumbing in the clk_arbiter code. The
changes made are as follows.

1) Constructed clk_arb_gp10b.* files which add support for clk_arb
related HALS including the nvgpu_clk_arb_init and nvgpu_clk_arb_cb.
This doesn't have support for debugfs nor the VFUpdateEvent yet and
consequently no support for arb->notifications.

2) Added gpcclk specific variables corresponding to every gpc2clk in
a given clk_arb related struct.

3) Linux specific support_clk_freq_controller is assigned true in
platform_gp10b.c and platform_gv11b.c files.

4) Incremented the clk_arb_worker.put atomic variable during
worker_deinit so as to allow the worker thread to be stopped.

5) Added the flag clk_arb_events_supported as part of struct
nvgpu_clk_arb. This flag is used to selectively account for the extra
refcounting present in OS specific code i.e.
nvgpu_clk_arb_commit_request_fd. For igpus, the extra refcount is
reduced during nvgpu_clk_arb_release_completion_dev.

Currently, clock arbiter code is extensively using dgpu specific
implementation. This patch restructures the clk_arbiter code and moves
gp106 specific code into HAL. Following changes are made in this patch

1) clk_domain_get_f_points is now invoked via HAL for gp106 i.e.
g->ops.clk.clk_domain_get_f_points.

2) moved nvgpu_clk_arb_change_vf_point and other related static
functions to clk_arb_gp106.c.

3) Instead of only checking if get_arbiter_clk_domain is empty, a
check for support_clk_freq_controller is also added. This is to enable
the clk_arbiter based on support from both the OS and the chips.

85d7b3c5cc gpu: nvgpu: handle clk arb event posting in OS specific code
The mechanism of posting events to userspace is OS specific.
In linux this works through poll fd, wherein we can make use
of nvgpu_cond variables to poll and trigger the corresponding
wait_queue.

The post event functionality on QNX doesn't work on poll though.
It uses iofunc_notify_trigger to post the events to the calling
process. As such QNX can't work with nvgpu_cond's.

To overcome this issue, it is proposed to create OS specific
interface function for posting clk arb events. Linux can call
nvgpu_cond based implementation, which makes sense since these
are already initialized and poll'ed in Linux specific code only.
QNX can implement this interface to call iofunc_notify_*
functions, as per its need.
