Changes
1. Remove dGPU flag dependency on calling gsp sw init on tot.
2. Created Enable flag for gsp scheduler to enable them on ga10b
platforms.
3. Engine config flag is only enabled for dGPU enabled platforms, as gsp
is using engine functions it need to be enabled for all gsp sched
enabled builds.
4. Changes in gsp_sequence_init/de_init where on qnx we are seeing
issues.

In linux threaded interrupts run with a Realtime priority
of 50. This bumps up the priority of bottom-half handlers
over regular kernel/User threads even during process
context.
In the current implementation scheduler thread still
runs in normal kernel thread priority. In order to
allow a seamless scheduling experience, the worker
thread is now created with a Realtime priority of 1.
This allows for the Worker thread to work at a priority
lower than interrupt handlers but higher than the regular
kernel threads.
Linux kernel allows setting priority with the help of
sched_set_fifo() API. Only two modes are supported
i.e. sched_set_fifo() and sched_set_fifo_low().
For more reference, refer to this article
https://lwn.net/Articles/818388/.
Added an implementation of nvgpu_thread_create_priority()
for linux thread using the above two APIs.

the worker thread from calling nvgpu_runlist_tick()
in post_process if the next domain matches the previous.
This could potentially still face issues with multi-domains
in future.
A better way is to synchronize the thread to suspend/resume
alongwith the device's common OS agnostic suspend/resume
operations. This shall emulate the GSP as well.
This shall also take care of the power constraints
i.e. the worker thread can be expected to always work
with the power enabled and thus we can get rid of the complex
gk20a_busy() lock here for good.
Implemented a state-machine based approach for suspending/
resuming the NVS worker thread from the existing callbacks.
Remove support for NVS worker thread creation for VGPU.
hw_submit method is currently set to NULL for VGPU. VGPU
instead submits its updates via the runlist.reload() method.

The flag pmu->pg->golden_image_initialized is set to
true during initial GPU context creation and is not
cleared while the GPU goes into pm_suspend (during railgate).
Hence, when the GPU resumes after un-railgate it retains
the previous value which can cause ELPG to kick in immediately.
Due to this, when ELPG and Railgating are enabled, IDLE_SNAP
is seen for read access of gr_gpc0_tpc0_sm_arch_r reg.
To resolve this, if golden image is ready set the
pmu->pg->golden_image_initialized to suspend state during railgate,
to delay the early enable of ELPG. Add a new
pmu_init_golden_img_state hal in the NVGPU_INIT_TABLE_ENTRY.
This will be called after all the GR access is done and GPU resumes
completely after un-railgate. This hal will then check if
golden_image_initialized flag is in suspend state, it will set it
to ready state and then re-enable ELPG.

Add api to translate dmabuf's fmode_t to gk20a_mem_rw_flag
for read only/read write mapping selection.
By default dmabuf fd mapping permission should be a maximum
access permission associated to a particual dmabuf fd.
Remove bit flag MAP_ACCESS_NO_WRITE and add 2 bit values for
user access requests NVGPU_VM_MAP_ACCESS_DEFAULT|READ_ONLY|
READ_WRITE.
To unify map access type handling in Linux and QNX move the
parameter NVGPU_VM_MAP_ACCESS_* check to common function
nvgpu_vm_map.
Set MAP_ACCESS_TYPE enabled flag in common characteristics
init function as it is supported for Linux and QNX.

1) Expose logical mask instead of physical mask when MIG is enabled.
For legacy, NvGpu expose physical mask.
2) Added fb related info in struct nvgpu_gpu_instance().
4) Added utility api to get the logical id for a given local id
nvgpu_grmgr_get_gr_gpc_logical_id()
5) Added grmgr api to get max_gpc_count
nvgpu_grmgr_get_max_gpc_count().
5) Added grmgr's fbp api to get num_fbps and its enable masks.
nvgpu_grmgr_get_num_fbps()
nvgpu_grmgr_get_fbp_en_mask()
nvgpu_grmgr_get_fbp_rop_l2_en_mask()
6) Used grmgr's fbp apis in ioctl_ctrl.c
7) Moved fbp_init_support() in nvgpu_early_init()
8) Added nvgpu_assert handling in grmgr.c
9) Added vgpu hal for get_max_gpc_count().
