b1a11e71bf gpu: nvgpu: libfalcon_utf for tmake makefiles 
Accessing falcon_utf objects from another directory
introduces build dependencies and also stale .o files
could be used. Fix this by generating a shared library:
libfalcon_utf.so for falcon.

Added the safety build flag CONFIG_NVGPU_SW_SEMAPHORE to compile out
sw semaphore implementation in NVGPU. sw semaphore is only used for
presilicon bringup of GPU and hence is not needed for safety build.

either required for intr handling or for debug. Compile them out for

MISRA Rule 8.6 requires that an identifier with external linkage
shall have exactly one external definition.  Fix violation of
Rule 8.6 in kmem unit by moving the prototype of fault injection
related function under respective define.

Modify the ffs/fls interface function names to nvgpu_ffs and
nvgpu_fls.  The return bit values are numbered from 1 to 64.

355ae7e6d9 gpu: nvgpu: unit: only run the fuse unit in non-safety builds 
The fuse unit is only targeting GP10B and GM20B HAL code that gets
removed when the FUSA profile is in use. The fuse unit must
therefore only be used when FUSA profile is not enabled.

a16cc2dde3 gpu: nvgpu: compile out vidmem from safety build 
Safety build does not support vidmem. This patch compiles out vidmem
related changes - vidmem, dma alloc, cbc/acr/pmu alloc based on
vidmem and corresponding tests like pramin, page allocator &
gmmu_map_unmap_vidmem..
As vidmem is applicable only in case of DGPUs the code is compiled
out using CONFIG_NVGPU_DGPU.

For some tests, we build ad-hoc structures to initialize ch->vm.
Make sure related vm and mm structures are zero-initialized to

6fb619aa30 gpu: nvgpu: unit: stage some nvgpu_channel tests 
The nvgpu_channel.setup_bind and enable_disable_tsg are causing
intermittent crashes in GVS, so stage them for now. Due to the
dependencies of the test functions, they just returns SUCCESS for now
(instead of disabling them entirely)

f09d19d5a3 gpu: nvgpu: unit: force gcov.sh to use a single thread 
On some host OSes, the OS may allocate virtual addresses that are
larger than can be handled by NVGPU. As a workaround, we noticed
that the host OS will not allocate such large addresses when
running single threaded. There is no other way to prevent this
issue nor is there any guarantee that this workaround will always
work...

1deb1fa176 gpu: nvgpu: unit: bitmap_allocator: fix init crashes 
While fixing CERT-C issues in the bitmap_allocator, a number of
asserts were added. In particular, if blk_size is 0 it will cause
a BUG(). Within the bitmap_allocator unit test, the init will try
to set blk_size to 0 to make sure it fails. Now the failure is a
BUG(), not a return code. So this fix adds EXPECT_BUG where needed.

Introduce nvgpu specific functions for bitops and bitmap operations
with unsigned integer as parameter for offset.  OS specific type
conversions and handling of these inerfaces are taken care in the
