- Fix GSP/PMU registers priv errors which are seen as part of boot sequence. - Couple of GSP/PMU Falcon/NVRISCV registers are allowed to access upon NVRISCV bootrom completion but these registers were needed to configure on legacy chips to bootstrap/configure Falcon. - Add is_falcon2_enabled or NVGPU_PMU_NEXT_CORE_ENABLED check to skip these registers.
