b0862a168c gpu: nvgpu: compile out nonsecure code in gr.falcon
For Safety code NVGPU_SEC_SECUREGPCCS bit will be set by default.

Compile out the code called for nonsecure gpccs under
CONFIG_NVGPU_GR_FALCON_NON_SECURE_BOOT checking.
This includes:
Hals for load_ctxsw_ucode_header and  load_ctxsw_ucode_boot.
nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_gpccs_with_bootloader and static functions
called from this function.

8a26aa5916 gpu: nvgpu: rearrange code for gr.falcon unit
gr_falcon_sec2_or_ls_pmu_bootstrap function is valid only
with CONFIG_NVGPU_DGPU or CONFIG_NVGPU_LS_PMU setting.

Rearrange code in gr_falcon_recovery_bootstrap and
gr_falcon_coldboot_bootstrap to avoid extra error checking.

21bf0d6d71 gpu: nvgpu: doxygen for gr/gr_falcon.h
Add doxygen documentation for gr/gr_falcon.h header

Also move below functions under appropriate compile time flag:
- nvgpu_gr_falcon_get_pm_ctxsw_image_size() under CONFIG_NVGPU_DEBUGGER
- nvgpu_gr_falcon_get_preempt_image_size() under CONFIG_NVGPU_GRAPHICS
- nvgpu_gr_falcon_get_fecs_mutex() under CONFIG_NVGPU_ENGINE_RESET
- nvgpu_gr_falcon_bind_fecs_elpg() under CONFIG_NVGPU_POWER_PG

Also remove CONFIG_NVGPU_GRAPHICS flag used for falcon methods related
to ELPG. Use CONFIG_NVGPU_POWER_PG instead.

252ddc4f05 gpu: nvgpu: add coverity whitelisting support
Add macros for whitelisting coverity violations. These macros use pragma
directives. The pragma directives and whitelisting macros are only
enabled when a coverity scan is being run.

The whitelisting macros have been added to a new header called
static_analysis.h. The contents of safe_ops.h (CERT C safe ops) have
been moved into static_analysis.h because this will be the new header
for static analysis related macros/defines/etc.

Fix misra errors in gr units

misra 14.3 rule - there shall be no dead code.
misra_c_2012_rule_14_3_violation: The condition
"graphics_preempt_mode != 0U" cannot be true.

misra_c_2012_rule_16_1_violation: The switch statement is not
well formed.

misra_c_2012_rule_10_8_violation: Cast from 32 bit width expression
"(regval >> 1U) & 1U" to a wider 64 bit type.

2d93706fe1 gpu: nvgpu: reduce code complexity in gr.falcon unit
Reduce code complexity of following functions in gr.falcon unit
nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_secure_ctxsw_ucode(complexity : 14 to 5)

Create sub functions by moving the control statement codes from the
function which has high complexity above 10.

Create three sub functions from nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_secure_ctxsw_ucode function
Sub functions to do bootstrap during recovery and cold boot
Generalize sec2 and ls_pmu bootstrap to a single function.
gr_falcon_sec2_or_ls_pmu_bootstrap(with complexity : 4)
gr_falcon_recovery_bootstrap(with complexity : 4)
gr_falcon_coldboot_bootstrap(with complexity : 5)
and reduce nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_secure_ctxsw_ucode complexity to 5

b9dbea6d5e gpu: nvgpu: add flag for non-secure gr falcon related code
Compile-out non-secure gr falcon boot related code for safety build by
adding non-secure gr falcon related code under following flag:
CONFIG_NVGPU_GR_FALCON_NON_SECURE_BOOT

Added nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_ctxsw_ucode and related functions under
CONFIG_NVGPU_GR_FALCON_NON_SECURE_BOOT flag and enabled this flag only
for non-safety builds.

97762279b7 gpu: nvgpu: make nvgpu_init_mutex return void
Make the nvgpu_init_mutex function return void.
In linux case, this doesn't affect anything since mutex_init
returns void.
For posix, we assert() and die if pthread_mutex_init fails.

This alleviates the need to error inject for _every_
nvgpu_mutex_init function in the driver.

773c27dab5 gpu: nvgpu: fix CERT-C issue in common gr falcon
Fix CERT INT30-c issue in gr falcon driver replacing
u32 arithmetic operation with nvgpu_safe_add_u32.

Also replaced SZ_256 with 256U to avoid mixed math calculation
with u32 and UL.

c71e764348 gpu: nvgpu: Remove alloc_inst_block from mm HAL
The alloc_insty_block() function in the MM HAL is not a HAL. It does
not abstract any HW accesses; instead it just wraps a dma allocation.
As such remove it from the HAL and move the single gk20a implementation
to common/mm/mm.c as nvgpu_alloc_inst_block().

ef524ee0d1 gpu: nvgpu: PG init sequence update
-Currently PG task is created for both iGPU & dGPU as part PMU init
sequence path, but task is not required for dGPU or can be skipped
if ELPG is not supported on iGPU, made changes to create PG task only
if supported else skip it, and made some functions to private as these
are required by PG UNIT only.
-PG instance is allocated & set to default properties as needed if
support is enabled else skip it.
-Made changes in dependent files as required to reflect above changes

f8b3d50360 gpu: nvgpu: remove gr_gk20a.ctx_vars struct
gr_gk20a.ctx_vars struct right now stores sizes for golden_image, zcull,
pm_ctxsw, and gfxp_preemption_buffer.
but these sizes should be really owned by respective units and should
be assigned to units as soon as they are queried from FECS

Add new structure to nvgpu_gr_falcon to hold sizes that will be queried
from FECS
struct nvgpu_gr_falcon_query_sizes {
        u32 golden_image_size;
        u32 pm_ctxsw_image_size;
        u32 preempt_image_size;
        u32 zcull_image_size;
};

gr.falcon unit now queries sizes from FECS and fills this structure.
gr.falcon unit also exposes below APIs to query above sizes

u32 nvgpu_gr_falcon_get_golden_image_size(struct nvgpu_gr_falcon *falcon);
u32 nvgpu_gr_falcon_get_pm_ctxsw_image_size(struct nvgpu_gr_falcon *falcon);
u32 nvgpu_gr_falcon_get_preempt_image_size(struct nvgpu_gr_falcon *falcon);
u32 nvgpu_gr_falcon_get_zcull_image_size(struct nvgpu_gr_falcon *falcon);

gr.gr unit now calls into gr.falcon unit to initailize sizes, and then
uses above exposed APIs to set sizes into respective units

vGPU will too fill up struct nvgpu_gr_falcon_query_sizes with all the sizes
and then above APIs will be used to set sizes into respective units

All of above means size variables in gr_gk20a.ctx_vars struct are no more
being referred. Delete them.

struct gr_gk20a defines boolean flag golden_image_initialized to
indicate if golden_image is initialized or not
common.gr.obj_ctx also added a flag of its own to check if golden_image
is ready

Add new API nvgpu_gr_obj_ctx_is_golden_image_ready() in
common.gr.obj_ctx unit to get status of golden_image

Use this new API everywhere to check if golden image is ready
Remove g->gr.ctx_vars.golden_image_initialized

Also remove ctx_mutex from struct gr_gk20a

Add new flag golden_image_initialized to struct nvgpu_pmu_pg and set it
when golden image is initialized. This is needed to avoid circular
dependency between GR and PMU

common.gr.fecs_trace API already exposes API
nvgpu_gr_fecs_trace_buffer_size() to get fecs trace buffer size and
hence we don't need to store the size in gr.ctx_vars struct

Use nvgpu_gr_fecs_trace_buffer_size() wherever we need size and remove
the variable from gr.ctx_vars struct

common gr falcon has dependency on sec2.h and acr.h headers for
secure ctxsw booting. Code is getting compiled because
gk20a.h included these headers. But for more clarity, added required
headers explicitly in gr_falcon.c.

0f1726ae1f gpu: nvgpu: support for non-secure/secure ctxsw loading
Code for secure/non-secure ctxsw booting spread across gr_gk20a.c
and gr_gm20b.c. With this change this code is move to gr falcon unit.

Ctxsw loading is now supported with 2 supported common functions:
1.Non secure boot:
 int nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_ctxsw_ucode(struct gk20a *g);
2.Secure boot:
int nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_secure_ctxsw_ucode(struct gk20a *g);

Now gr ops function "int (*load_ctxsw_ucode)(struct gk20a *g);" is moved to
gr falcon ops and in chip hals it is set with secure/non-secure booting.

Non-secure booting: nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_ctxsw_ucode support ctxsw loading
in 2 methods: bit-banging uode or booting with bootloader
