Mahantesh Kumbar bb090ae672 gpu: nvgpu: Compile out ACR legacy profile & dGPU code for safety 
Compile out ACR legacy tegra profile code used for gm20b/gp10b
& dGPU ACR code which is not required for safety build by setting
NVGPU_FEATURE_ACR_LEGACY build flag to 0
