f3421645b2 gpu: nvgpu: compile out fb and ramin non-fusa code
fbpa related functions are not supported on igpu safety. Don't
compile them if CONFIG_NVGPU_DGPU is not set.
Also compile out fb and ramin hals that are dgpu specific.
Update the tests for the same.

cb117411ca gpu: nvgpu: cg: update the gating reglist hals
pwr_csb slcg, blcg gating registers are covered by pmu slcg/blcg hence
its load functions are not used. Hence, delete the generated data and
functions. slcg, blcg ctxsw_firmware and pg_gr gating reglists are
null hence delete the generated data and functions.

a73ca0b70e gpu: nvgpu: split GR ECC initialization
Split GR ECC initialization into GPC/TPC and FECS ECC init as FECS ECC
errors during acr_construct_execute need to be reported and handled
hence FECS ECC counters are required to be initialized before
acr_construct_execute.

GPC/TPC ECC counters are dependent on the GR config that will be
initialized only after acr_construct_execute.

nvgpu_gr_intr_init_support is moved to nvgpu_gr_prepare_sw.

FECS ECC interrupt is enabled by default hence interrupt is not
enabled through gr_fecs_host_int_enable_r in nvgpu_gr_prepare_sw.

a52ee77837 gpu: nvgpu: Add SM diversity gpu characteristic flag
To achieve permanent fault coverage, the CTAs launched by
each kernel in the mission and redundant contexts must execute
on different hardware resources.
This feature requires a change in software to make it possible
to modify the virtual SM id to TPC mapping across mission and
redundant contexts.

This CL adds only SM diversity flags which are exposed to
its clients through ioctl/devctl interfaces.
Actual virtual SM id to TPC mapping implementation
will be part of upcoming patch sets.

Added NvGpu CFLAGS to identify the safety build
"CONFIG_NVGPU_BUILD_CONFIGURATION_IS_SAFETY"

b0862a168c gpu: nvgpu: compile out nonsecure code in gr.falcon
For Safety code NVGPU_SEC_SECUREGPCCS bit will be set by default.

Compile out the code called for nonsecure gpccs under
CONFIG_NVGPU_GR_FALCON_NON_SECURE_BOOT checking.
This includes:
Hals for load_ctxsw_ucode_header and  load_ctxsw_ucode_boot.
nvgpu_gr_falcon_load_gpccs_with_bootloader and static functions
called from this function.

- Remove non-safe TPC powergate feature from the safety
  build by introducing a new flag:
  CONFIG_NVGPU_TPC_POWERGATE

- Move nvgpu_init_power_gate_gr() under same compile time flag.
  and move HAL function gr_gv11b_powergate_tpc() to tpc_gv11b.c

- Also, remove the negative test scenario and
  usage of tpc_powergate from unit tests

a8c9c800cd gpu: nvgpu: reorganization of MC interrupts control
Previously, unit interrupt enabling/disabling and corresponding MC level
interrupt enabling/disabling was not done at the same time.
With this change, stall and nonstall interrupt for units are programmed
at MC level along with individual unit interrupts. Kept access to MC
interrupt registers through mc.intr_lock spinlock.

For doing this separated CE and GR interrupt mask functions.
mc.intr_enable is only used when there is global interrupt
control to be set. Removed mc_gp10b.c as mc_gp10b_intr_enable
is now removed. Removed following functions - mc_gv100_intr_enable,
mc_gv11b_intr_enable & intr_tu104_enable. Removed intr_pmu_unit_config
as we can use the generic unit interrupt control function.

daf5475f50 gpu: nvgpu: split ecc support per GPU HW unit
To enable ecc interrupts early during nvgpu_finalize_poweron, ecc
support has to be enabled early. ecc support was being initialized
together for GR, LTC, PMU, FB units late in the poweron sequence.

Move the ecc init for each unit to respective unit's init functions.
And separate out the hal ecc functions from GR ecc unit to
respective hal units.

b26acdeb87 gpu: nvgpu: move mc_boot_0 function to hals and rename to get_chip_details
This function gets the GPU chip architecture, implementation and
revision information by reading the MC boot register, hence it
is more suited to be located in HAL files.
test_check_gpu_state is now being run after test_hal_init as the
gops.mc needs to be initialized for test_check_gpu_state subtest.

2edf3db10a gpu: nvgpu: move mc gpu_ops out of gk20a.h and add doxygen comments for HALs
gk20a.h will include gops_mc.h to contain the mc ops definitions. Add
doxygen comments for the HAL functions that are called directly.
Also move mc_gp10b_intr_pmu_unit_config to non-fusa HAL file.

Identified the hal ops not being called from outside
units. Placed those hals under @cond ... @endcond comments.

Each gr subunit structure definition is taken outside the
main gops_gr structure definition. This helps to give a
well structured doxygen document.

Removed unused gr.falcon hals for
submit_fecs_method_op
submit_fecs_sideband_method_op

Update doxygen comments for nvgpu_gr_enable_hw and
nvgpu_gr_intr_stall_isr functions.

c0684633d2 gpu: nvgpu: Add checking for non safety code
Add checking for unused non safety code in the
gr interrupt unit.
Add #ifdef CONFIG_NVGPU_HAL_NON_FUSA checking for
gm20b_gr_intr_tpc_exception_sm_enable function which is not being
called in safety code.
Add #ifdef CONFIG_NVGPU_DEBUGGER checking for
gm20b_gr_intr_tpc_exception_sm_disable function which is needed
with debugger enable.

CTXSW stats dump is only enabled on Linux and only through DEBUG FS.
Hence add CONFIG_DEBUG_FS compile time flag to remove corresponding

1d5698cf6a gpu: nvgpu: set GR tick frequency to max
GR tick frequency needs to be set to MAX value for profiler
use cases for gp10b/gv11b/tu104 chips.

Add new HAL g->ops.ptimer.config_gr_tick_freq() that configures GR
tick frequency to MAX value and call this HAL in GPU poweron path.

This support is not needed in safety build, so compile everything
only if CONFIG_NVGPU_DEBUGGER is enabled

cbe5472f39 gpu: nvgpu: install empty register access map in safety
g->ops.gr.init.get_access_map() returns whitelist of register addresses
that can be accessed by SET_FALCON methods when added into pushbuffer.

SET_FALCON method does not need to be supported in safety.
Hence install an empty register access map in safety build by adding
a new flag CONFIG_NVGPU_SET_FALCON_ACCESS_MAP.

Compile out g->ops.gr.init.get_access_map() and code that writes
whitelist in access map buffer.

Note that we still need to configure base address of access map in
context image even for safety.

2916a2067d gpu: nvgpu: Use TPC_PG_MASK to powergate the TPC
- In GV11B, read fuse_status_opt_tpc_gpc register
  to read which TPCs are floorswept.
- The driver will also read sysfs node: tpc_pg_mask
- Based on these two values "can_tpc_powergate" will
  be set to true or false and mask will be used to write to
  fuse_ctrl_opt_tpc_gpc register to powergate the TPC.
- can_tpc_powergate = true indicates that the mask value
  sent from userspace is valid and can be used to power gate
  the desired TPC
- can_tpc_powergate = false indicates that the mask value
  sent from userspace is not valid and cannot  be used to
  power gate the desired TPC.

0e873d6348 gpu: nvgpu: ltc: remove multiple hw header dependency
Added new hal in top unit to get number of ltcs and
used this hal in ltc unit. With this one hardware header
dependency hw_top_gxxxx.h from ltc unit is removed.

Also used priv_ring unit hal enum_ltc to avoid dependency
on hw_pri_ringmaster_gxxxx.h.

c7b41f106d gpu: nvgpu: add CONFIG_NVGPU_RECOVERY
Add CONFIG_NVGPU_RECOVERY in order to conditionally compile
recovery code. This code will be removed from safety build
when sw quiesce state is implemented, and negative tests are
disabled or modified such that they do not expect recovery
to happen.

Added static inline functions for recovery handlers, when
CONFIG_NVGPU_RECOVERY is not defined. These inline functions
can later be wired to the sw quiesce functions.

Also moved gv11b recovery code to non-fusa, as it will ultimately
be removed from safety build.

There was a name clash between the nvgpu_set_error_notifier*() APIs and

Safety build does not support vidmem. This patch compiles out vidmem
related changes - vidmem, dma alloc, cbc/acr/pmu alloc based on
vidmem and corresponding tests like pramin, page allocator &
gmmu_map_unmap_vidmem..
As vidmem is applicable only in case of DGPUs the code is compiled
out using CONFIG_NVGPU_DGPU.
