a877192641 gpu: nvgpu: sec2: update sec2 API
Remove the second parameter for the nvgpu_init_sec2_setup_sw()
function so the function only requires the gk20a object. The
g->sec2 was always passed for this parameter. And this makes the
API signature match the other init functions in the driver.

19dd64930d gpu: nvgpu: pmu: move rtos init to func ptr
This moves the nvgpu_pmu_rtos_init() to a HAL function pointer which
makes it consistent with the other init APIs.

77ffea99bd gpu: nvgpu: fix misra 18.4 violations
This change eliminates MISRA Advisory Rule 18.4
violations in the following by accessing g->fifo.channel
with array indexing:

 * nvgpu_channel_init_support()
 * nvgpu_channel_semaphore_wakeup()

Advisory Rule 18.4 states that the +, -, +=, and -=
operators should not be applied to an expression
of pointer type.

ef2d30328f gpu: nvgpu: ecc: improve CCM for nvgpu_ecc_free
This reduces the code complexity for nvgpu_ecc_free() by creating a
helper function free_ecc_stat_count_array().

The TCC metric is reduced from 27 to 5.

Whitelist false positive violations cause by a Coverity bug that
that overrides the WARN_ON/BUG_ON macros. See nvbug 2277532 for

8ec2b11d04 gpu: nvgpu: use the right config name for s/w sema
The correct config to be used is CONFIG_NVGPU_SW_SEMAPHORE and not
CONFIG_NVGPU_SW_SEMAPHPORE.
Due to this the s/w semaphores were not getting freed.

This patch modifies nvgpu_runlist_setup_sw() to return error code for
allocation failures. This patch also modifies nvgpu_runlist_cleanup_sw()
to check active_runlist_info pointer before freeing runlist->mem.

b5f1135ba8 gpu: nvgpu: utils: improve CCM for rbtree
This improves the code complexity of the rbtree function
nvgpu_rbtree_unlink() by creating helper functions swap_in_new_child()
and adopt_children().

This reduces the TCC metric to 9.

5e0bf2bb7a gpu: nvgpu: utils: improve CCM for rbtree
Improve the code complexity for the rbtree function delete_fixup().
Create smaller functions, delete_fixup_right_child() and
delete_left_child() to handle those parts of the agorithm. Also, create
helper function has_no_red_children() to handle a common check in these
new functions.

This brings the TCC metric to 7.

e7e0879217 gpu: nvgpu: return int for tsg.init_eng_method_buffers
nvgpu_kzalloc can fail in gv11b_init_eng_method_buffers.
Added checks on returned pointer.
Also changed g->ops.tsg.init_eng_method_buffers to return an int,
and check return value in callers.

f8e4393ace gpu: nvgpu: fix possible buffer overflow issue
As sprintf() is used to populate pool_name[20], it can overflow
for larger u32 values (u32 max decimal number chars are 10) i.e.
20 < strlen("semaphore_pool-") i.e. 15 + 10.

Fix this overflow by removing pool_name as it's not used.

6e2f5a85d3 gpu: nvgpu: rectify incorrect setting of pbdma_acquire_timeout
The driver was incorrectly setting pbdma_acquire_timeout during default
init when kernelmode submits were disabled. This is corrected to make
the behavior similar to the previous mode. Also, added logging for the
pbdma_acquire_timeout value being set in NV_RAMFC_

65ecd7a181 gpu: nvgpu: Remove fixed wait time for change seq completion
Currently after sending change seq RPC, nvgpu waits for a fixed time
of 20ms.
This CL replaces this with pmu_wait_message_cond, which will return
immediately after getting change seq completion event.
Also added debug fs node to get the change seq execution time.

Some methods are implemented in SW, and it is expected that
nvgpu driver gets illegal method interrupts for these.
Do not report illegal method error if related method could
be handled. It avoids reporting false errors to 3LSS and
more importantly avoids entering SW quiesce state.

GR tick frequency needs to be set to MAX value for profiler
use cases for gp10b/gv11b/tu104 chips.

Add new HAL g->ops.ptimer.config_gr_tick_freq() that configures GR
tick frequency to MAX value and call this HAL in GPU poweron path.

This support is not needed in safety build, so compile everything
only if CONFIG_NVGPU_DEBUGGER is enabled

power_features.c. Corresponding functions from cg.c are also not
compiled. for e.g. nvgpu_cg_elcg_enable|disable, nvgpu_cg_blcg-
_mode_enable|disable, nvgpu_cg_slcg_gr_perf_ltc_load_enable|disable,
nvgpu_cg_elcg_set_elcg|blcg|slcg_enabled.
BLCG handling in nvgpu_cg_set_mode is non-safe hence compile it out
as well.

e77a911568 gpu: nvgpu: Move HS Falcon ucode bootstrap to Falcon unit
Moving HS ucode bootstrap from ACR unit to Falcon unit as HS ucode
bootstrap needs to be accessed by multiple units. Currently FB unit
calls ACR unit function to do self HS load & bootstrap memory unlock
HS ucode. This adds dependency on ACR unit which is not correct. So,
moving to Falcon unit to make it generic.

238be35d5a gpu: nvgpu: Remove pmu_bl from GPU secure boot flow
ACR HS ucode is currently loaded by pmu_bl.bin (falcon bootloader),
but ACR ucode can be loaded without bootloader support by directly 
copying non-secure/secure code to respective IMEM offset along with 
required data to DMEM, with this bootloader dependency is removed.

This patch uses nvgpu_acr_self_hs_load_bootstrap to directly load
acr ucode to imem using priv writes. This also removes the bootloader
related code
