MISRA Rule-17.7 requires the return value of all functions to be used. Fix is either to use the return value or change the function to return void. Most of the time, callers of pmu_wait_message_cond ignore the return value. This patch changes the signature to return void, and adds a new pmu_wait_message_cond_status for callers that need the return information.
