Add two new APIs to the device code to query copy engines. These APIs handle the annoying change from COPY0-2 to LCEs in the Pascal generation. nvgpu_device_get_copies() nvgpu_device_get_async_copies() The first function gets all copy engines; the latter queries only async copy engines: that is CEs that do not share a runlist with the GR engine.
